Sushi Corner Geel — Restaurant in Geel

don't understand why this place has just 4.1 as rating. They deserve more. I have around a million and a half views of my content on Google Maps, and this restaurant is easily going to enter in my "Favorite Sushi spots in Belgium" list. We found it by chance as our usual restaurant is close due to holidays and we decided to give it a try. We called at 8.30pm and they immediately gave us a table reservation. The girl taking the reservations on the phone is extremely lovely. They close at 10 but they waited for us to finish our dinner without any hurry, and we end up chatting with the waitress. Later she would be also who served us and she is absolutely adorable. The sushi was abundant, well cut, well presented and the prices are incredibly low for the amount of food that you get. 36 Hosomaki for 20 and something euro is a bargain. We took also the sashimi mix and 21 pieces for also something like 22€ I think. The beers were ice cold and the miso soup (small)was three times the one I have seen in other places. Good place to eat sushi. New for us was the fried sushi and it tasted great. Especially the one with salmon. Kind serving, but asking if everything is as we please missed. So we really had to ask him for the drinks and the menu. But that's just a small thing on a evening with good food...

2e keer dat we hier bestellen, eerste keer was een ramp meer dan 2u te laat 3 keer gebeld. Ze zeiden dat de bestelling was vertrokken om 18:30 en om 19:45 hebben we ze pas aangekregen (van geel - oevel) en alles was koud en nu vandaag 2e keer besteld weer moeten bellen voor een bevestiging van levering want op de app van take away stond al 30min dat ze elk moment ging bezorgd worden.originele uur was 18:45 besteld, dan bevestiging gekregen dat bestelling op 19:20 gong bezorgd worden en dan 40min later waren ze er pas.Ook deze keer alles koud, de sushi viel volledig uit elkaar zelfs met een vork bijna niet te eten. Ook 1 portie loempia besteld deze was been hard niet in te bijten en volledig koud.

Echt geen aanrader voor...
