We had a reservation at 19:30, arrived a little late. About 40 minutes before the kitchen closed we were pushed by three waitresses to place our order, which is understandable but wasn't done very professional. My wife had a tuna tartare, Bruschetta and a small salad, I had grilled scampi in diabolic sauce, my daughter the chicken nuggets with fries. Taste of the adult dishes was good, the scampi were supposed to be a main course but there was only a small salad and no vegetables or rice with it. So an adult man of over 90kg should be satisfied by 10-12 scampi for 28€? At least they tasted good and we didn't complain. The chicken nuggets and fries were served without any love, missing any sauce or decorations, just plain on a plate. On top of that the fries were just places somewhere on the table, so we didn't know at first if they belonged to the shrimps or the Nuggets and I had to check the online menu. My daughter wanted a chocolate mousse for dessert so I went to find a waitress since we were ignored after they removed the main course, cause they started cleaning already. A few minutes later the mousse was nearly thrown on the only free place of the table with the words "here you go" and the waitress was gone before we could even react. We finished the dessert, which was ok and homemade but could have been more enjoyable if served with some friendliness. We just got up and paid our bill at the counter. We weren't asked if everything was ok, it was another waitress who just continued talking to her colleague while we payed, and she don't seem surprised that we don't give any tip. Overall an unpleasant experience and a pity since the food is good but the service is below amateur level and we felt more like an obstacle before going home than welcomed guests. Maar de chefkok en de medewerkers hebben toch nog gebrek aan ervaring.
Chefkok: Gelieve eens op te zoeken wat saignant en bleu wilt zeggen voor een chateaubriand. + een citroentje toevoegen bij je tonggerecht is altijd wel een plus.
Medewerkers: Frisdranken in warm weer liefst serveren met ijsblokjes, de rose/witte wijn bij warm weer liefst in een koele emmer of zak opdienen. Anders kan men niet lang genieten van een fris wijntje en moet het rap op. Na elke nieuwe bestelling van drank, liefst de oude glazen weer meenemen, een volle tafel vol lege flessen en glazen is niet meer gezellig en geen zicht.
