Loui-sushi — Restaurant in Halle

Update: after my first review I see a big progress and I keep ordering here. I am sure that everything is fresh here. And miso soup is definitely better 😊

I like this place. It is the only sushi restaurant in the area, so I don’t really have a choice. The sushi are good, nevertheless mistakes in orders happen quite often, which upsets me of course. Something I feel is that due to the success, the owner cares a bit less about guests than before. At least it is my impression. Sometimes the miso soup is just slightly brown water...

The most horrible sushi you can have. Fish was raw and out of date. Do not enter in this place !!!! you are going to leave with health issues!!! The service was horrible as well, late service and no consideration for it's clients. We waited outside for about 20 minutes until someone came to bring us the menus and another 10 minute to be asked what we would like to order. And at the end the food ( fish in specific ) was out of date...

We tried the sushi. However, the sushi is not delicious. The rice is too sticky in our opinion. (We lived in East Asia). The most terrible thing was that the salmon was sour in every sushi with salmon. It means the salmon was not fresh. My friend tried their ramen one year ago and were not tasty at all. However, the waitress is friendly and the price is ok (so I still give two stars instead...
