Great little find at the end or beginning of a trail depending how you look at it and next to the tennis club. After a day of horseback riding, this is an awesome place to go. Grab lunch, dinner, breakfast? Hot drinks, cold drinks and really great sauces to go with all of the dishes. I had Vol et Veu which is apparently a typical Flanders dish and I can say the puff pastry and the chicken was perfect. The apple strudel dessert was out of this world with a great presentation. The coffee left a little to be desired, but it's simply just different than American coffee or espresso. It's sort of in between. The service was great, very friendly and they translated everything for me....

What a beautiful day in beautiful place! We had our company event roguing collaboration with natuurpunt where I started with a delicious cup of coffee at Bar Bruis and some delicious soep. After a couple of activities in the forest, we closed our day back in the bar with plates of variety of snacks and drinks.
