KFC — Restaurant in Liège

I went here for a small break, after a long trip on the road, i ordered my food but there wasn't a thing with a number on it so they would see my number and give me the food, i walked to the counter and told them i didn't have that thing and they told me they now know, and would give me the food when ready. Andd i waited like everybody would do in a (fast food) restaurant, but i thought it would take around 5-10 minutes, but it didn't it took around 35-40. That wasn't the thing that bothered me, but when i took the food, (what i ordered a 1 person menu (2 hotwings, fries, cola and a crunchy cheese burger)+3 crunchy's and a twister were i took the tomato away and payed +0,30€) i began to eat, my first burger was cold. My second burger was cold and some points were even not cooked, my third burger was fine not to warm and not to cold, but my 4th burger was cold, and there wasn't enough chicken and to much sauce, then i had also 2 hotwings, but they were doubled because of the long time i think, Thanks very kind of doing that, but they were also not cooked, and cold.

To be honest my worst time at a kfc, but i can never give a 1 star to any restaurant because i know sometime you can mess up.

But if you ever go to this kfc, you should away know that sometimes its going to take a while for...

Unprofessional, my sister got a 2 pieces combo with coca cola, they gave two small chicken wings LOL, in the pictures it is a drumstick and a breast, my sister told me go get these change, i ask them to change them and they were like not, this is like this, and started to argue with me and my sister, even doe in the picture it was a drumstick and breast, come on guys, okay i could accept the wings but why so tiny small? Why argue? My sister said okay we want to return the food and give us the money and they were like, no we can not return the money... And we start to argue again, even the manager argue with us, until they gave up and changed the pieces to a drumstick and breast, normal size with a bad face... Really disrespectful service.... Since the beggining they could say okay no problem sorry and change, but they just acted child and...

Rarement aussi déçue Bug informatique qui fait que les numéros de commande sont criés depuis le comptoir jusqu'à 10x pour des personnes étant installées dehors! C'est parceque d'autres clients ont suggéré d'aller voir dehors qu'un membre du personnel s'est enfin décidé à aller voir...ok bug informatique mais certains clients (dont nous) avions qd même un numéro sur notre table...du coup pour ceux-ci, le service a table pouvait être fourni, plutôt que de beugler à plusieurs reprises!

Les tables étaient sales..on a vu le mec, venir frotter la table à côté de nous...enfin c'est un grand mot, il a juste frotté la petite crasse, on donne un coup sur toute la table quand on la fait..

Et les toilettes...malgré le placement des pancartes pour prévenir que ça glisse car ça a été nettoyé...à mon avis ça reste toute la journée car elles n'étaient pas propres! Il pourrait déjà y avoir un système de code que l'on retrouve sur le ticket, comme ça seul les clients auraient accès...je ne dis pas que ca réglerait tout mais ca éviterait peut-être le n'importe quoi..

Je me doute qu'il y a énormément de passage de par la proximité du cinéma mais il y a un minimum.

Le management devrait mettre plus de personnel, surtout aux heures de "pointe" car je me doute que le problème découle d'un manque de personnel mais qui dit manque de personnel, laisse présager pas mal de négligences, visibles déjà en salle alors je n'ose même pas imaginer en cuisine... D'ailleurs pas de sel pour les frites qui ne me paraissaient pas salées de base... Mon wrap était mal voir à peine emballé et ne portait pas la petite pastille mentionnant les suppléments lard et fromage, que je ne suis donc pas certaine d'avoir eut car il n'y en avait que très peu..
