Had big expectations coming here, thought they knew what they were doing since they have a whole cow on their entrance.

There was barely anyone there when we came. My first impression was great, cozy atmosphere and our blonde waitress treated us great.

I ordered the smoked pork belly as a starter, it was super dry. And quite honestly, pork belly is a fat part so I have no idea how they succeeded to make it dry? I sent the starter back but got compensated with their delicious wine instead. Thank you blonde lady for that, you are a star!

For the rest, we had to wait a long time for our starters and also to order both drinks and food. When my rib eye came out, it looked pretty good. But it was sort of tasteless and had no character what so ever. The fries were too thick and barely salted. I tried my friend’s mac and cheese, which was way better.

I come from the UK travelling for work so popped in on Monday night for a quick meal. What a delight it was, the lady serving was really friendly and helpful. I had short rib and it was melt in the mouth delicious, absolutely perfectly cooked with a nice smoke ring. How a massive chunk of beef can be so reasonably priced and delicious I do not know. Melt in your mouth beef. Amazingly fantastic. Had the filet with mushroom sauce and fries. Starter of cauliflower soup was delectable.
