We had very bad experience in this restaurant today during lunch. I was taking my parents doing some shopping in the village and decided to have Italian for lunch. We entered the restaurant with 3 of us and sat down ready to order food. My mom had some stomach issues so she took her warm water bottle along. My dad and myself ordered some drinks. The first waitress came over to tell us it is not allowed to have the warm water bottle in the restaurant. I explained that she needed it due to her health situation. Then just couple of seconds later while i was ordering food, another waitress came, brought our drinks we ordered and said again she couldnt drink her own warm water (even after i explained her situation) and HAVE to order tea from them. I understand that in normal situations restaurants wont let people consume their own beverages (or water), but in this situation the restaurant should have some understanding, respect customers’ needs and exercise basic hospitality. We ordered our food at 4:20pm Carpaccio as starter for my wife Three main courses

Carpaccio que as delivered at 4:30pm

Our daughter was enjoying with another child in a close table so we were distracted with them.

One hour later, at 5:28pm we did not get yet the main courses. I claimed and they told me that they forgot but the food would be delivered in 2 minutes.

6 minutes later the food was not arrived yet and I canceled the pending order.

Nobody in the team apologized.

We paid what ate.

My point of view is that the service is extremely poor.

I cannot say anything about the food since we only tasted the carpaccio.
