Sushi Star — Restaurant in Mechelen

Today was my first day eating sushi and I came to sushi star and it's the best decision I made for my first try it's so delicious I cannot explain the lady who serves she's so nice so sweet so lovely and the people who make the food I can see they make it from there heart and they are so lovely as well the prices were affordable compared to how much food we did get it was a really good experience for me especially it's my first and it was not disappointing 100% I will be there every weekend I recommend you to go there it'll take about 10 to 15 minutes to get your food because there are super busy cuz they are so good anybody wants to try it but trust me it's worth the waiting and my favourite peac was the sushi peac with the heart shape in the middle it...

This was my favorite sushi. That's why it gives two stars and not one. Tonight I ordered again. I provided my Polish number to place the order and when I called after almost two hours to ask what stage my order was at, I received information: the courier was at your place but no one was at home. Pick up your order in person and we will definitely prepare it for you. Really? First of all: if the courier had been here, I would definitely have seen it (I have a window onto the street and I checked to make sure he wasn't there). Second: if he had a problem with the phone number, why didn't he just call the intercom? Did I place the order too late? You can call me or write to me right away, I will definitely...

Ik bestelde al verschillende malen bij sushi star... alle begrip voor de drukte en dat een levering eens later is als verwacht. Maar wat ik vanavond meemaakte heb ik nog nooit elders meegemaakt. Wanneer mijn bestelling een uur na de leveringstermijn niet was aangekomen nam ik vriendelijk contact op; ja mevrouw uw bestelling is onderweg. 45 minuten nadien nog niemand gezien waarop ik opnieuw (deze keer misnoegd) contact opnam. Ik kreeg iemand anders aan de lijn dan de vorige keer. Ze waren zelfs nog niet aan mijn bestelling begonnen! Zoals eerder gezegd wil ik begrip opbrengen voor alle mogelijke excuses maar liegen en zeggen dat de bestelling onderweg is??? Gelukkig kon ik de man die de 2e maal mijn telefoon aannam wel vertrouwen en die heeft ervoor gezorgd dat mijn bestelling prioriteit kreeg en heb ik een compensatie gekregen. 3u na mijn bestelling kon ik eindelijk eten. Ik was altijd tevreden van het eten en de levering dus mijn advies... bekijk of die man wel op zijn plaats zit dat vandaag mijn bestelling tot 2 maal toe verloor! Het zou jammer zijn van jullie...
