This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. First of all, there are no service standards whatsoever! We sat at round banquet tables, waiters served food first to the men, then to the women, at the very end. During the appetizer I thought it was a coincidence, but during the main course all doubts were dispelled because the situation repeated itself. The staff should be sensitized to standards, savoire vivre and generally accepted cultural norms. Our colleagues - men and women - were absolutely outraged by this situation. Secondly, waiters walk behind guests' backs, squeezing between the column and the chair (about 40 cm of space), instead of going around the column and serving the dish from the other side. A nightmare and constant pushing of restaurant guests. When ordering a bottle of white wine, the waiter practically threw it on the table and left (we ordered about 7-9 bottles that evening, each was served the same), we were not given a cooler with ice, the bottle was not opened and no wine was poured for tasting, not to mention refilling the glasses of all guests, our male colleagues were even joking and walking around the table with the bottle like a waiter, as nobody else was there to serve the wine. The reservation was for 7.30 p.m., we received the appetizers after 9 p.m.! it's a scandal to have to wait so long for a previously ordered and organized dinner. The waiters handed out all the appetizers, forgetting about me. Finally one of them came up and said "oh, you don't have any food, so I have a goat cheese dish for you (vegetarian option, which I didn't order), and since no one wants it, I can give it to you, I don't have any other option!" I missed the shrimp salad, which I ordered, because they gave it to someone else, and I was left with a "scratch" that no one else wanted. Disgusting and rude behavior of the waiter, he didn't even apologize to me for this situation, nor offered any other solution to it. We waited over an hour for the main course, everyone was very hungry and angry with the wait. The main course was not impressive at all - it tasted like a hospital canteen meal. Frozen, cooked vegetables and a piece of chicken breast, so stinking of Maggie that I don't think any other seasoning was used. Some dishes were barely baked, others were almost burnt, each portion had its own "standard". It was distasteful. Only 5 minutes after the main course was served, ONE plate of fries was brought for the entire table of 10 people. This must be a joke! It is a portion that can be shared between 3-4 people at most. The fries were cold, but we ate them out of hunger. After the main course, I went out for a cigarette with a friend and then I was shocked. There was a kitchen worker sitting on the stairs leading to the restaurant! I don't need to tell anyone that a cook or a person working with food cannot sit with their work pants on the ground!!! This is against all sanitary regulations and common sense. The stairs were full of dirt, chewing gums, pets, COBWEBS (see the picture)! I don't think anyone has cleaned them for months. It's terrible how people can be allowed into the restaurant through such crap and dirt. This cook's pants, hands, shoes and apron were no cleaner than the stairs. We returned to the restaurant, after another 30 minutes we were served dessert, which we did not eat, remembering the image of a dirty kitchen worker, smoking cigarettes, sitting on the dirty stairs. I gave my dessert to a friend who was very hungry after a long day of conferences and a low-calorie and average-tasting main course. He said that the dessert tasted like sugar syrup (apparently it was a kind of apple pie), but he didn't care because he had to eat ANYTHING. To sum up - the place is terrible. Both the food and the service, which knows no gastronomic standards, not to mention basic personal culture. Stay as far away from this place as possible! As the answer to the owner's comment. no, I haven't comment on the wrong place. I add photo of the place from google rev, it's yours, right? so don't pretend

This restaurant is not worth going to. There are more restaurants in the neighbourhood that are worth going to. Reservation can be done by going to the website (online), but make sure you call to confirm and ask if your table is booked on the first floor.

Location: They didn't communicate to us that a part of the restaurant (first floor with the nice view) was not accessable due to a marriage taking place. The main floor restaurant is really outdated and the tables are dirty.

Service: Service is really slow and the people who work there do not know how to dress a table. We got an old, worn out table that wasn't even dressed. We had to ask 3 times before they actually dressed the table to hide all flaws in the table (burn marks, etc).

Food Price/Quality: Don't even waste your time. Way to expensive for the quality you get. You're better off going to a small snack bar. Maybe the cook had a bad day?

We are really asking ourselves how this even...
