Pizza Aan Zee — Restaurant in Ostend

We ordered via Deliveroo, an hour before closing time. We waited long enough, no updates or improvement with the food. So I checked with Deliveroo’s customer service and they couldn’t reach te restaurant. Something sits not right here. Or your opening hours aren’t correct, or you didn’t prepare our order at all. Maybe it was busy or another reason, but it’s always polite to cancel the order then so that people don’t have to wait hours on food they’ll never get. I can understand that it takes longer when it’s busy. But not letting anything know and just letting people wait, that’s a no go for me. Maybe something to think about...

Wir sind im Urlaub mit der Familie hier zum Essen hin. Verstehe die ganzen Bewertungen nicht. Essen war geschmacklich ok , aber die Sauberkeit , im Lokal , auf den Toiletten, dann der brutale Gestank im Lokal. Wir haben mit einer Serviette die Tische abgewischt, diese waren komplett schwarz.
