Ik had, tot nu toe, énkel nog maar de gelegenheid om er een croque hawai te nuttigen, en deze was écht wel reuze verzorgd en lekker!! En éindelijk eens een plaats waar een croque met veel extra groenten wordt geserveerd!! Met een verzorgd slaatje, met ook wat augurkjes en zilveruitjes, met zowel mayo als ketchup. Een croque zoals hij móet zijn!! Dit bewijst dat men bij deze bistro kwaliteit en kwantiteit zelfs voor de eenvoudigste snacks belangrijk vindt! Chapeau!
