Kingribs Schoten — Restaurant in Schoten

Kingribs Schoten is my favorite burger tent in the neighborhood, so as a regular customer I have some comments to make about it.

The burgers are delicious. The hamburger tastes better than what meat you get at most restaurants, it’s very tasty yet also very firm. The sauces used make the burger extra tasty and it’s one of the few burger tents where the pickles taste really good.

The website is poorly designed. First of all there are multiple websites for your tent, but only 1 actually has all of the options you would get if you were to go to the place itself. Secondly, when you order the burgers there are too few options of customisation. Being able to choose whether you want sauces or not would be a great addition to your website.

The fries are really good. They are quite unique in that they are very thick fries unlike the thin ones you usually. They are a great combo with the burger because it fills up your belly quite quickly, so you actually feel satisfied.

As a conclusion: I think your food is really good and should stay so, but your website could do with some improvements to make it easier to order this...

Always a bit pricey but used to have very good customer service and one of the reasons we kept coming back (ribs is another). On our recent visit, they had new staff (not sure) but was really bad customer service - a bit rude actually. Gone were the usual nice and clean atmosphere. Chicken nuggets tasted weird and different. I guess that's going to...

Een uur binnen, nog aan het wachten. Voor de duidelijkheid, twee tafeltjes bezet 🤔. Volgende keer buiten op parking online bestellen en binnen gaan opeten. Als ik alle andere reviews lees, heb ik nog geluk gehad qua tijd. Ik heb het personeel geteld achter de toog, 5 man. Ik heb de mensen in de zaak geteld, 6 man. Hun uitvlucht " onze excuses, het is zondagavond en er zijn dan veel bestellingen". Je en? Klanten die ter plaatse komen eten moeten dan maar de hele online lijst rustig afwachten. Als je het niet aankan maak je een keuze, online of ter plaatse eten aanbieden. Heb zelf ook horeca ervaring maar wat daar gebeurd is een ramp. Ik kom daar in ieder geval NOOIT meer.
