Panos City Schoten — Restaurant in Schoten

Had a disappointing experience today. We ordered two paninis and stayed for about 35-40 minutes while waiting for my son, I asked a staff member if there was a plug available to charge the laptop as I had a emergency work and had low battery. He was kind enough to help me find one. I started to work in laptop and after few mins when the charge was too low, I connected to laptop. However, after just 5 minutes of charging, another staff member asked him to convey me to unplug it, citing an owner’s rule.

I understand rules, but if charging isn’t allowed, it should have been communicated upfront instead of first allowing it and then asking me to stop. The inconsistency and lack of customer-friendly service left a bad impression. I left immediately and took my son to nearby restaurant.

And for the food, it's panos, I always liked it. But here, I noticed onion skin was included ( in image). Not too disappointed, but could have been avoided.

Won’t be returning for the inconvenience.

I have noticed that a high number of people prefered to pay in cash. The thing that disgusted me tho, was that the blond coworker didnt wash her hands a SINGLE TIME after touching countless peoples money... She was also touching the meat and bread of my sandwich afterwards....@-@ I also spotted her touching the inside of my cup before filling it up with coffee. The least these workers can do is wear glows...

You would´ve thought that Corona taught people to know better to follow hygenic standards especially in the food servic industry.

Net (een heerlijk) pakketje afgehaald bij panos schoten in de paalstraat.

Too good to go

Er stond bij dat ik enkel een tas moest voorzien en dat winkel het zou in pakken. Werd ik afgesnauwd omdat het volgens de vrouw (oudere dame) niet de bedoeling is dat zij het inpakken dat ik mijn eigen potje moest meenemen Dus vond zij dit nodig om het “eten gewoon in de zak te gooien en plat te duwen)

Als dit de manier is om met klanten om te gaan of too good to go kunnen jullie beter sluiten

Ik werd behandeld als een hond.

Ik zei de vrouw dat ik met de fiets ben en of ze eventueel het in een doosje wou doen dit was niet naar haar zin en ze lachte me uit omdat het natuurlijk sluitingstijd was en ze naar huis wou

Dit is de eerste en de laatste keer geweest

Wat een onvriendelijk en onrespectvol personeel

En jullie doen mee aan too good to go voor voedselverspilling tegen te gaan. Hha bekijk de fotos dan maar eens.
