Hello, dear pizza heroes,

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the absolutely invisible pizza delivery — I’ve been eagerly waiting since yesterday, and it’s amazing how the pizza managed to teleport itself straight into the void without ever reaching me. Even more impressive is the magical disappearing act of my refund, which seems to have joined the pizza in its journey to nowhere.

No calls, no messages, no pizza, and no money back — truly a masterclass in customer service! I’m starting to think I ordered a ghost pizza.

We ordered chicken wings from this place on friday but the food never arrived. I called twice and was told they were busy and the driver was on his way - he didn't show up. On saturday we called again at the same time to have the food delivered as it had already been paid for. The lady assured us that the delivery would definitely be today but dominos is already closed and we still haven't received the food. Now all I want is a refund and I’m reporting this to the higher ups, this is theft and the staff are incompetent and sound bored as if they were working there as...

Today, we wanted to have some takeaway. As usual, we used some deals. To be specific it was 2 times Black Fridays deal and we asked it to the cashier. The amount we paid was strange so we checked it via app(because you can't find the price of the items in the menu). The deal was not applied. We kindly asked to make it correct. They told it is already paid so nothing can be done. We wanted to cancel our order and do it again in separate. Of course they didn't accept it as well. It seems customers are nothing to Dominos. It was so disappointed. This is my last time...
