I reserved here on a Saturday evening (party of 6). Overall okay experience but not great. The area where we were seated was very quiet, without any background-music, almost awkward to talk amongst each other. Service was okay, more fluent as you normally get. We shared 3 starters, the Txistorra ( Bask sausage), the bacon “2 ways” & the Txogitxu carpaccio. All 3 where tasty, don’t know if it’s a must that the sausage is cooked all the way through - this wasn’t the case with us - but it was tasty anyway. 🥩 As Txogitxu is one of my favourites, I ordered this one expecting a flavourful, matured piece of meat, sadly this wasn’t the case, although the meat was tender and beautifully cooked ( Blue) it was lacking the Txogitxu- flavour or any kind of maturation flavour. Others had the Rubia Gallega, which was tastier and had more maturation.

If you reserve a table for 2 ask for a table next to the window, they will give you a table in the more quiet part of the restaurant containing only tables for 2 people.

The meat was lovely and perfectly cooked for my liking and the staff were friendly and helpful. All the produce was locally sourced, or at least sourced from local companies. If you want a top tier steak or many other meats, then this is an amazing place. It is on the pricey side but that is matched by the quality

This is my favorite place to eat steak in Belgium. Great meat quality, grilled to perfection. I always go for the rib eye Aberdeen with bearnaise. Went here, back in August while on holiday and I had the Belgium Blue steak with some fries on the side. The meat was lovely and perfectly cooked for my liking and the staff were friendly and helpful. All the produce was locally sourced, or at least sourced from local companies. If you want a top tier steak or many other meats, then this is an amazing place. It is on the pricey side but that is matched by the quality

Very friendly waiters. However, for being a steak restaurant their knowledge of "South American" (there's about 14 countries in SA) meat, including Argentina, king of the meat in the world, leaves you feeling that either the waiters are new, or that they can just tell the average customer that a particular cut is from Argentina (even though that particular cut is not particularly exported for it's low quality hoping to silence queries, or simply selling local meat as something else. - So, it leaves you with a feeling that any other recommendations for things one might need professional advice will also be this skewed. -Again, the service is very friendly so it makes it difficult to confront to the next level this important area in a steak restaurant. Wine choice is ample and deserts menu varied with the tiramisu scoring high even for Italian standards. Very busy place with a nice atmosphere, in a very nice neighbourhood. 我很少会写什么评语,但是这条评语,我必须留给GRILL DE VETTE OS,她是我心目中最好的牛排馆,没有之一,我基本吃了欧洲所有的牛排馆,从东欧到西欧,我真的找不到比他家更好吃的了, 肉的质量特比好,连我家亲戚从外省过来,都是点名来她家吃,我家一切重要的庆祝节日,我们都会过来啜一顿,我已经在这里吃了好几年了, 每次吃完他们的牛排,都会让我的大脑大量分泌多巴胺,尤其COTE A L OS ,我居然都能吃到一股小时候兰州烤羊肉的味道。大口朵颐的乐趣,只能在它家找到。

请所有看见这条评论的中国同胞,爱吃肉的人,都要熬不犹豫的冲到他家去,吃entrecôte或者cote a los ,牛肉鲜嫩多汁,配上他家的蘑菇sauce,简直人间美味,说实话,我觉得中国人已经把美食发展到极致了,以至于我们在国外的人,不管怎么吃,胃永远都想念家乡的味道,但是他家的牛肉,是那种在人类的饮食中,探寻着最古老、最原始的味觉体验,仿佛打开了一扇通向味蕾深处的门。在每一口咀嚼牛肉中,我能追寻着远古的滋味,感受着千百年来传承的人类DNA中味觉记忆。这份美妙的连接,让我们重新领略食物的本真滋味,仿佛在每一次咀嚼中,都能感受到大自然的味道交响曲。 目前,我的孩子也四岁了,也是小美食家,我家这位小朋友都告诉我:“妈妈,我觉得这家餐馆最好吃“。我们会一直在他家吃下去的。:) 感谢GRILL DE VETTE OS的所有员工。谢谢🙏

Hoewel ik zelden recensies schrijf, moet ik deze recensie achterlaten voor GRILL DE VETTE OS. Voor mij is zij zonder twijfel het beste steakhouse, veruit de allerbeste. Ik heb bijna elk steakhouse in Europa bezocht, van Oost-Europa tot West-Europa, maar ik kan echt niets vinden dat lekkerder is dan hier. De kwaliteit van het vlees is uitzonderlijk goed, zelfs mijn familieleden van buiten de provincie komen hier speciaal naartoe om te eten. Voor alle belangrijke vieringen en feestdagen komen we hier om te genieten. Ik kom hier al jaren en elke keer dat ik hun steaks proef, wordt mijn brein overspoeld met dopamine. Vooral de "COTE A L'OS" doet me zelfs denken aan de smaak van geroosterd lamsvlees uit mijn kindertijd in Lanzhou. Het genot van het smullen kan ik enkel hier ervaren.

Voor alle mede-Chinezen die deze recensie lezen en liefhebbers van vlees zijn, twijfel niet en ga direct naar dit restaurant voor een entrecôte of een cote à l'os. Het rundvlees is sappig en mals, en samen met hun champignonsaus is het gewoonweg hemels. Eerlijk gezegd denk ik dat Chinese fijnproevers de culinaire wereld naar het hoogste niveau hebben gebracht. Het resultaat is dat wij, als Chinezen in het buitenland, altijd heimwee hebben naar de smaak van ons thuisland, ongeacht wat we elders eten. Maar het rundvlees hier is als het ontdekken van de meest primitieve smaakervaring in de menselijke voeding. Het is als het openen van een deur naar de diepste smaakpapillen. Met elke kauwbeweging kan ik teruggaan naar eeuwenoude smaken, en voel ik de culinaire herinneringen van duizenden jaren in mijn DNA. Deze wonderbaarlijke connectie stelt ons in staat om de ware smaak van voedsel te herontdekken, alsof we bij elke hap een symfonie van natuurlijke smaken ervaren.

Op dit moment is mijn kind al vier jaar oud en ook een fijnproever. Zelfs mijn kleintje zegt: "Mama, ik denk dat dit restaurant het lekkerste is." Wij zullen hier blijven komen. :) Hartelijk dank aan alle medewerkers van GRILL DE VETTE...
