We were a group of 12 and came unannounced. I was a little worried that the restaurant would be annoyed with us, because of all our special requests and everything. On top of that I had to ask for a special vegan dish, since they don't advertise one on the menu. When we received our first round of drinks we also received a complimentary portion of vegan cig köfte. Everyone enjoyed this a lot. We had a delicious Turkish breakfast here! There was a wide variety of food, all fresh and incredibly delicious. From fluffy breads to savory cheeses, olives, menemen (egg with green pepper and tomato), and more, every dish was bursting with authentic flavors. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Nous sommes entrés dans ce restaurant en espérant passer un bon moment, mais dès le premier instant, l’accueil a été froid, presque hostile. Le personnel nous a à peine regardés, et l’impression générale était que notre présence dérangeait. Aucun sourire, aucun mot aimable, rien qui puisse faire penser que nous étions les bienvenus.

Pire encore : après quelques minutes d’attente sans qu’on nous adresse la parole, on nous a presque explicitement fait comprendre que l’on ferait mieux de partir. Jamais nous n’avons été traités avec autant de mépris dans un établissement censé recevoir des clients.
