Went here this morning on the first day they opened and will be coming back! Baguette has a nice crunch on the outside and is fluffier on the inside when compared to other homemade baguettes in the neighborhood that are a bit more compact in the middle (e.g. De Baere). Pain au chocolat (or chocolatine for those who insist :D ) was also really high quality. Sampled a fruit bread that I will plan on buying next time, it was really nice.
I will definitely be back. It feels good to finally have a bakery on the block that is focused on quality!
