Boulangerie Gribaumont — Restaurant in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert - Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe

Went here this morning on the first day they opened and will be coming back! Baguette has a nice crunch on the outside and is fluffier on the inside when compared to other homemade baguettes in the neighborhood that are a bit more compact in the middle (e.g. De Baere). Pain au chocolat (or chocolatine for those who insist :D ) was also really high quality. Sampled a fruit bread that I will plan on buying next time, it was really nice.

I will definitely be back. It feels good to finally have a bakery on the block that is focused on quality!

I (used to be) a regular, I live in the neighborhood. Some items are very good, however the unfriendliness or “fake” friendliness of the staff and the lady who I think is the owner , as well as their complete inability to provide basic human customer service is a no for me.
