Panos City Ieper — Restaurant in Ypres

Me my friends visited Belguim for few days and we are from United Kingdom we passed to this town to check museum for world war 1 .We were looking for some place to have a cup of tea and Belgian waffle and we found this small bake shop.The first one who served us was lovely and even she so not very friendly she served us with respect but the next person who serve us is so bloody awful she treat us like we don't know what we are ordering instead of helping us she was making that faces , of course we don't speak the language but we ask her in English and this young woman was so rude I think she is a racist she was so friendly with other costumer but not with us probably because we are in minority ethnic group..I hope the management send this awful and rude costumer service in a proper training how to treat...

I sometimes eat at panos in other cities, but this one for sure i will never come back. The women who served us was absolutly horrible, cold and racist ! And what's more, the toilets are right next to the counter with the food and it smells horribly bad! Do you find that normal as a location? It took away my appetite! And your racist waitress also cut my appetite, you should review your hygiene rules! It's disgusting to touch the monnaie, the buttons of the devices, to touch everywhere then to take the food with these very dirty hands! I had a stomach ache the rest of the day. This waitress...

One of the best places to buy some nice, honestly priced food to go or to eat there. It's mostly fresh baked bread (baguette) Wich is cut and filled with condiment. Prices range from €2.70 up to 6€ You can buy soft drinks and canned beer. Also sweet pastries, like donuts. Prices are really appropriate...
