Be Burger - Zaventem — Restaurant in Zaventem

A star for a OK burger,the service is very very bad.it was our anniversarry dinner and the 1st restaurant didnt work out (closed for that night) and we came to see this place who has surprisingly good ratings.we waited an hour for the burgers,the kids were hungry,next table to us got served and eaten even if they came after us,my husband complained to the waiter/manager (almost balding guy) that weve been waiting for an hour and that waiter snapped at him saying were "OnLY" waiting 45min😡...45min or 1hour is still long.He could have at least tell us that he will check the kitchen and apologize for it.First of all we are their customers,customers should be treated nicely.He served the burgers and yell again that "oh great i just lost 2 customers because you were complaining that youve been waiting 1hour for your burger,Enjoy"! Honestly i wanna punch that man on the face.whoever owns this place must examine their employee thoroughly.or maybe he got problem with an Asian and a German people hence the attitude.He is so arrogant,rude and psychotic! My advice,get reservation and order your food before coming to this place.we came from US and waiters there kisses asses for a tip,but you got way...

Good burgers (nothing more) and poor service, hardly justified price.

From experience I know thay simple food like burger might be an experience worth some money. Here it was not. Ordered two lunch menus (something like 25 Euro per menu) . Starter: onion rungs, main burger with fries, desert: coffee/tee. Without asking us they served first the tee and the coffee (foreseen for dessert) One minute later starters and one more minute later the main course, thus a very strange way of serving. Coffee served for hungry people before any food. Onion rings made from sweet spanish onion, quite big rings, question of personal taste (good for me, bad for my wife), but no time to enjoy as the main dish was already served. Burger itself really ok and juicy but for this price I expect top fresh meet and according to me the freshness was only acceptable (no issue for my wife) . Bread average quality. French fries average quality.

Nice and cosy burger restaurant located in Zaventem.

Very easily accessible by car and transport. Free and dedicated parking available in front of the place. We had a reservation but it is not needed.

Very friendly welcome, communication possible in French Dutch or English. The place is nicely decorated and has its own charm. We got an extremely cosy table with nice views. Music is not very loud, also tables are well distributed and not too close to each others.

The food was served really fast. Fries are fresh. I especially liked the burger buns ! Portions are modest but quiet fulfilling.

Really enjoyable overall.

The only negative are prices, you can expect around 25 euros per person for a burger with fries and a drink. I find it worth it for the experience but unfortunately I won’t be coming very often. A student deal is a very nice offer however, it doesn’t apply for Friday and Saturday evenings, wich...
