McDonald's — Restaurant in Zwijndrecht

I visit this place quite often because of its proximity to home. Every time I find this place in the same condition, mainly in the evening. The floors are sticky with grease, the tables are washed with a cloth without being wiped dry - they stink of an old rag. After entering the toilet, there are no basic things like toilet paper or hand washing liquid. The toilet stinks of urine so much that it stings your eyes. People, we live in the 21st century and here it is literally like a gutter. The staff moves as if they regret working there at all. The pretentious behavior of two employees is so excessive that it would be better if the customers did not speak at all. The orders are constantly mixed up, even the additional sauces are not in the bag. In the parking lot, garbage is scattered all around. As for the food, cold as usual. Not to mention the fries. I've already returned them several times. I don't pay for aged food, only fresh and warm food. Chicken and nuggets not suitable for eating, Coca Cola drink tasted like dishwashing liquid, ended up in the bin. A total disaster. I hope that someone from McDonald's will take care of...

The food came rather quickly I'm guessing 3-5 minutes we told the lady who brought the food that we were missing several parts of our order and the lady took a long long at the order and brought us part of what we were missing but we had to tell her again that she was still missing things.

On further inspection of the burger I was eating I noticed that the lower bun was upside down and the rest of the burger was kinda tossed together the cheese was also under the patty which I'm unsure if was intended.

Later another staff member came along and he was rather nice and tried his best to salvage the situation and id say he did rather successfully, however I am displeased to hear him screaming at his workers, sure they might have been sleeping while working but it set a bad tone.

Disregarding the troubles the restaurant was rather clean, cleaner than most McDonald's I've been not that I enjoy fast food all that much. I noticed the staff cleaning the tables were quite efficient at it...

I don't like writing terrible reviews, but I feel like this one is warrented. We walked in and were immediately welcomed with several dirty tables, spilled liquid on the floor, pieces of fries and other food on the floor. The drinks were watered down and more importantly our food was cold. The cheese was just completely cold. We went into the restrooms (both men and women) and they were trashed with clumps of wet toilet paper scattered on the floor.
