What a wonderful culinary experience! My partner and I came to dine during our journey from Belize City to San Ignacio, and it was the perfect way start to our adventure.

We arrived for a late lunch/early dinner and perched ourselves at the bar, where the skilled bartender guided us through a delightful journey of handcrafted cocktails. Each sip was perfectly balanced and expertly crafted, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

The beef tostadas and pork belly were a sensational prelude to the main courses. The tostadas had a delightful crunch, and the pork belly was a the perfect blend of textures and flavors, quickly becoming a personal favorite. For our mains we opted for the steak and potatoes, and the chicken rice bowl. The steak, cooked to perfection, boasted a succulence that melted in the mouth, while the potatoes, seasoned to exquisite precision, provided the ideal compliment. The chicken rice bowl was a celebration of flavors. Tender chicken with perfectly balanced seasonings were a testament to the chef's expertise.

Dessert was the perfect finale to our feast. The chocolate block and dulce de leche transported us to a realm of sweet indulgence. I found myself torn between the two, unable to declare a favorite – a rare predicament for someone who isn't typically a dessert enthusiast.

Beyond the delectable dishes, the restaurant's ambiance was captivating. The decor created an atmosphere that seamlessly combined sophistication with comfort. The attentive and friendly staff added an extra layer of warmth, enhancing our overall experience.

Like one of the other reviews, we pulled into the parking lot and looked around. Almost went next door because we didn’t see anyone. It was an odd time (2:30 pm) but we were very hungry! Two staff pulled in and were bringing in supplies. They welcomed us and directed us to the front of the restaurant. This was one of those experiences where expectations were low and the experience was 10/10. My husband is a chef and in his words, “best food I have eaten in Belize!” Our server, Andreya was delightful, knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered way more food than we really had room for but once we tasted the first bites, had zero regrets! There was not one dish we didn’t like. We had four appetizers and a main. Coming back for more...

This was on our list of places to try and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. As many reviews state from the outside it looks closed but when you walk around to the front there’s big windows and the inside is very beautifully done. The food was very good. There were no complaints from our table. I highly recommend the desserts too. Portion sizes are perfect and the menu has a nice variety. I didn’t think to get pictures of our meals in time.
