Simple Life Restaurant — Restaurant in Belmopan

A month ago I visited this restaurant with two colleagues for a break. Overall, the ambience was quite nice, and the drinks were enjoyable — definitely a highlight of the visit. The service, in general, wasn’t bad, but I did have a disappointing experience with one of the staff members.

I placed my order at the register after asking about meal options, and thought everything was set. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my receipt and later realized my meal wasn’t included. After waiting nearly an hour, I returned to the counter to ask about it.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, what truly bothered me was the cashier’s attitude. Instead of apologizing, she was rude and dismissive — even giving me a negative look in front of my colleagues. They noticed it too, and it was embarrassing. I hope the management takes note, as I was paying for a service, not asking for a favor; basic courtesy...

Nice setting, air conditioning, and nice music.

I went a friday evening and surprisingly, it was not busy. One or two customers stepped in every couple minutes.

You are able to order from the comfort of your seat, via phone. You get the QR code for the menu and any special request can be entered. In my case, I ordered frapuccino. I personally prefer ice cream on top, not blended and that's exactly how I received it. I really enjoyed the peanut and slushy coffee frappucino. I can say one of the best in Belmopan. I really would like for them to add blubble milk tea on their menu but I'm still satisfied with a frapuccino.

I need to go back and try some of their foods. So far, I have only tried their frappucino and jelly tea which was alright too.

So I checked their online site and it said they close at 8 pm..I reached at 7.12 at the property and at 7.15 the waitress came to me and told me that the kitchen closed at 7.10 and now I can just order to take out but not dine inn...so I was confused why they don't sepcify on website that after 7.10 a person cannot dine inn so I would have not wasted my time to drive all d way down just to hear that message that I won't be served gold .again I am a regular customer there and I just felt disappointed to be told like that as they still at 45 min...
