The 822 Tavern in Belmopan is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the cozy yet vibrant atmosphere sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The highlight of my visit was their mouthwatering salmon, cooked to perfection with a delightful blend of spices that left my taste buds dancing with joy.

But the real showstopper was the chicken enchiladas – each bite was a burst of flavor, with tender chicken wrapped in perfectly seasoned tortillas and topped with a delectable sauce that had me savoring every mouthful. And let's not forget the espresso martini – a perfect balance of rich espresso and smooth vodka, making it the ideal way to cap off an exquisite meal.

We had the steak nachos, steak tostones, and the jalapeño burger — they were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The nachos were loaded and cheesy, topped with tender steak and avocado. The jalapeño burger was juicy, spicy, and super satisfying, and the fries were crisp and well-seasoned.

We also tried the tostones with steak, which weren’t quite as flavorful as the nachos but still really tasty and enjoyable.

Service was fast, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was great — cool AC seating inside and a nice outdoor option too, which is perfect on a hot Belmopan day.

Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good meal and chill vibe...

One of the best places I’ve dined at so far! We had an AMAZING waitress- sorry I didn’t get her name☹️ The service was great! The reservation was made via WhatsApp for a birthday celebration and they did the decoration (at a small fee)😌 it was beautifully done! The celebrants were offered a free cocktail or dessert.
