RD's Diner — Restaurant in Corozal Town

I love to cook and i cook three meals a day for my family. When i want to take a break, RD's is at the top of my list for several reasons: 1) The food is consistently very very good. 2) The recipes are varied; i can get treats here that are not offered at other restaurants (stuffed pork roast, chicken in chipotle sauce, fish tikari, meatballs +++) as well as the chef's special touch on local favourites. 3) The plates are generous and always include a good serving of tasty vegetables. 4) The menu is on the Facebook page and the chef announces his specials early in the day before i start cooking lunch. 5) The jerk sauce and the vin blanc sauce. Shortly after relocating to Corozal Town, I found a treasure of nutritious and delicious Meals prepared by Rick, the Owner & Chef of RD Diner! My favorite has become his custome Supreme Pizza with a Salad chocked full of the fresh vegetables! I really appreciate Rick's excellence in Customer Service by customizing his home cooking to each customers specific requests and taste. Easily the best pizza in Corozal Town so far. The difference is the crust: soft and flavourful, rather than the chewy prefab stuff everyone else uses. I'm told the dough is their own recipe.
