Don't let the name fool you ... I know it sounds like a dive bar. It is, in fact, an undiscovered jewel. Do not miss the conch fritters and my new favorite appetizer ... Jalapeño stuffed Chicken Wings. The owner, Carla, is a delightful host and Shannon's a collegial, knowledgeable bartender.

Tonight, we dined on Beef Tenderloin and Grilled Lobster ... I have had neither ANYWHERE else, Mexico ... USA ... or Canada that was better. Plus great atmosphere. Check out TACO TUESDAY.

My parents just had their wedding here and it was just so beautiful and special!! Carla put together a delicious special menu and had imported CA champagne that was perfect. We were so impressed with the level of detail!! My mom wanted to get married here because of how magical the rain tree was and how lovely Carla is. The atmosphere is one of pure joy and love! My wife and absolutely loved it. She loved her mojitos, I had some good beers. The food was awesome she had the Mayan fish, I had the chicken cordon bleu, Friendly staff, Great vibe with the tree house bar and lights and music. Some cute gekos hanging out making some cute noises. Was told toucans visit early in the morning :) Will come back for their taco specials...
