I'll start by saying I am not a steak connoisseur - but this was damn good. Very high quality meat. I made the mistake of ordering the equivalent of medium rare, instead of medium, and had to get mine put back on the grill for a moment. My dinner companion did not make that error and hers was just perfect. We also got a nice local wine to go with it - a great meal with excellent, patient service, and as others have noted, descent salads (though really, who would go for the salads?)
