Pastirska kuća — Restaurant in Banja Luka

Two person 49 Km. Actually everything was great. Too many locals to treat us a tourists… the fried balls are the best from this region, better than what you get from Sarajevo. And this restaurant makes the traditional ones and some European American fast food style dishes that serves fast and made from fresh ingredients. The Dips are also great. For example the specialtiy “beef soup” is served with hot chili flakes that almost like some Chinese cuisine. The cheese dip” Sir” for fried doughnuts are so yummy. I recommend everyone who visits Banja Luka to come , to have some octopus and traditional fried doughnuts . By the way they also open on Sunday. Very funny story occurred when me and my wife visited this place. Waiter was drunk and he was talking nonsense stuff. He took our order at 09:00 PM, but later came and said that kitchen is closed. And despite that fact, everybody around us received their hot meals though they came later. We got tasty cold appetiser(sausages, prosciutto and cheese), tasty traditional bread and traditional bear. We were extremely dissatisfied and unpleasantly surprised by the unprofessionalism of the waiter. Despite visiting the establishment several times before, we will never return because, even though it was not busy, we were left waiting for 20 minutes to order food as the waiter attended to everyone else, even those who arrived after us.
