Wenn man ein Null vergeben könnte müss ich ein Null geben , 26.10. Von 13:00 bis 13:15 Uhr warten wir draußen auf den Kellner, er kommt nicht, mein Mann kommt herein, aber verstehen kein Englisch, aber Kellner ist klar, dass jemand etwas bestellen möchte, der Kellner kommt draußen um 13:25 Uhr und nimmt die Bestellung (Espresso, Cappuccino, Nutella-Kuchen, Rafaelo-Kuchen, normales Mineralwasser und Ice Tee) für zwei Personen entgegen, er geht, wir warten noch, er steht mit anderen Kellnern und reden, er hat keine Arbeit, er macht nichts, er kommt um 13:45 Uhr, weil er bemerkt hat, dass wir noch keine Bestellung bekommen, dann kommt er zu uns und sagt, dass er vergessen hat, was wir bestellt haben. Gleichzeitig hatte er beim ersten Mal ein Bestellgerät und nahm die Bestellung auf. 45 Minuten lang saßen wir draußen am Tisch und warteten auf den Herrn! So einen unfähigen Service hätte ich hier in Banja Luka nicht erwartet. Eine Katastrophe!

Da moze nula da se dobije nulu bi dobili, 26.10. 13:00 do 13:15 cekamo konobara vani da dodje ne dolazi, muz udje unutra ne razumiju engleski ali su shvatili da neko hoce da naruci nesto, dolazi konobar 13:25h uzima narudzbu (espresso, Cappuccino, Nutella torta, Rafaelo torta, obicna mineralna voda i lesen caj) za dvije osobe, odlazi, cekamo i dalje, stoji sa drugim konobarima kod sanka, nema posla nista ne radi, dolazi u 13:45 h jer je primjetio vani prazan sto i nas da sjedimo, dolazi do nas i kaze da je zaboravio sta smo narucili. Pri tom imao je uredjaj za narudzbu kad je dosao prvi put i uzeo narudzbu. 45minuta smo sjedili za stolom vani cekajuci...

Despite some of the particular coffee shop's flaws, it is my favorite place for a caffeine boost. The main reason is the quality of coffee, especially the traditional sand-brewed coffee.

I find the music too loud. And I dislike when I occasionally get a basic cup of coffee when I order the traditional sand-brewed one. The taste is similar, but the overall enjoyment (ćeif) isn't even close.

Besides those annoyances, pretty much everything else is fine. The cakes are delicious, the staff is...

Nažalost, moje iskustvo u ovom kafiću bilo je veoma razočaravajuće. Usluga je bila izrazito loša, a osoblje neljubazno. Sjedila sam sama i čekala dvadesetak minuta da me neko usluži, ali niko nije dolazio. Kada sam konačno pitala konobara hoće li doći da me usluži, njegov odgovor je bio da slobodno mogu otići, jer sam, prema njegovom mišljenju, samo zauzimala mjesto budući da sam bila sama.

Ovakvo ponašanje osoblja je neprihvatljivo i svakako nije način na koji se trebaju tretirati gosti. Nadam se da će uprava preduzeti odgovarajuće korake kako bi poboljšala uslugu i edukovala svoje osoblje o važnosti pristojnosti i profesionalizma prema svim gostima.

Unfortunately, my experience at this café was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was rude. I sat alone and waited for about twenty minutes for someone to serve me, but no one came. When I finally asked the waiter if he would come to serve me, he said I was free to leave because, in his opinion, I was just occupying space since I was alone.

This kind of staff behavior is unacceptable and certainly not the way guests should be treated. I hope management will take appropriate steps to improve service and educate their staff on the importance of courtesy and professionalism...
