Restoran SOKAK — Restaurant in Ilidža Municipality

The most terrible service i had in that restaurant. We arrived there for a lunch with one ambassador and other consuler to have lunch . From the first moments the waiter who was responsible for our table act with us very strange. He started to pretend that he don't understand what we say . And once our order arrived he give to us the food from a window near by ( i will show that window with my table in the photos below ) in other hands we noticed how nice he is with loval guests and even sit down to them near the rable . The next he brought our drinks in the same strange way from a distance, ..... Unfortunately such waiters are ruine the place score , as i will never come there again. Hopefully the manager will see my review to take an action at least, if they care about their service. If are not forced so no need to tey that under rated restaurant especially of you not Bosnian otherwise u will...

I arrived to the restaurant/cafe with my friend around noon. We ordered a coffee and started working on our laptops. After a few hours, we ordered something to eat and continued. At around 5 pm we were rudely kicked out by the waiter, telling us we were taking up the table for way too long and they could have made a lot of money off of it but didn't because of us. He said the boss was not pleased and wanted us to leave because it was against the rules to stay so long. We didn't want to argue and simply left. However, one thing to note, this place is huge and there is always a lot of tables empty and free, so their logic does not stand. Anyways, you will lose customers and lose even more money with the way you treat your guests....

Large menu, even larger amount of seating/table. This is a mega restaurant compared to some of the smaller boutique cafes and grills in town. The large list of tasty bbq meats is quite wonderful, but so are the classics like Bey’s Soup, which was delicious. The portion sizes are large and the prices reasonable. The staff spoke English well and provided great service even showing my Wife where she could change the baby’s diaper privately since most restrooms in Sarajevo do not have diaper changing stations. There were dinning areas for non-smoking and for smokers, clearly separated, which we appreciated. We would return to have more meals, this is a good choice when on this...
