Saray Bosna — Restaurant in Ilidža Municipality

We visited this restaurant on Sunday, and while the food was good and very affordable, the overall experience wasn’t great. First, it was very difficult to find since there’s no sign or anything outside to indicate the restaurant’s name.

The service was disappointing. The man who served us was initially quite rude and unwelcoming. Surprisingly, his attitude changed and became friendlier only after noticing I was taking some pictures, which felt insincere.

Good fast food restaurant with extras

If you consider this place as a fast food restaurant it would be quite satisfying actually: great value meals and goid breakfast. However because we are in Bosnia this place offers shisa so you can hang out with your friends spending your whole afternoon here - like locals do. You could come here with kids as well since there is a small playground in the back (don't expect to much though). The stuff is great, speaks English, very friendly and offered some water for my dog. We took some guests there for Iftar, we paid for the most expensive option, which summed up to 160 BAM for four people, so not cheap at all. The food was freezing cold, the portions were tiny and the overall food quality was just very bad. We couldn’t get the waiter to heat it up or offer alternatives because there were too many guests and there was not enough people working.
