KFC Village — Restaurant in South-East District

Three times in a space of a month i had to call after an hour of ordering food because they apparently forgot or they were busy, on the last encounter one of the employees impersonated the manager, i just have a bad experience with this particular KFC others i had never experienced this, i have complained a lot of times its no longer good for my health. Here is some constructive criticism for them, they should review how they approach dealing with customers who order online using the app and WhatsApp, this is my first online review and it pains me that its a negative review against my childhood...

This place is absolutely horrid. The tables were filthy and after asking staff to clean up before we sat down for our meal, no one came to our aid and so we had to clean up the table we sat at ourselves. Milkshakes were watery as they were left to sit for almost 30 minutes without staff communicating that our order was ready. Staff is incompetent and show a lot of disregard towards customer service as only one order station is operated with two other stations being left vacant resulting in long and unnecessary queues. If you're not using the drive through there's limited parking outside. While the food is good, the orders took a little while though it was not busy hours (Sunday afternoon).
