Two Six Seven — Restaurant in South-East District

Good food and menu, efficient service but the interior/layout I personally found rather confusing, wasn't a fan tbh. The layout would benefit from some subdivision for example the main dining, bar and outdoors were sort of merged together and that created a rather strange atmosphere and quite alot of noise plus football on TVs is distracting. There are these rooms on the wings which seem to be for chilling out but not suitable for eating, I found that an odd idea I mean the food is good why not maximise some eating areas, but no one was in these chill out rooms this night at least. Whilst eating in the dining area you can see people drinking outside or watching the large sports TV screens smoking and getting liton benches. Wasn't particularly pleasant to eat whilst breathing in smoke blowing in from the much larger outside area. I believe the restaurant has a sort of sports bar vibe but with a wine and cocktail bar, kind of weird. Of course the owner has had success they can do what they want, what do I know about this business but it's my review and observations. I see further potential to appeal to wider clientele that's all. Some people want a quiet meal with good menu and comfortable atmosphere. I enjoyed the food so overall a happy customer I would come again but with different expectations. Good luck...

From the moment you walk into Two Six Seven , you know your in for something special. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between elegant and cozy, with soft lighting, exposed brick walls, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The friendly staff are friendly and always have with a genuine smile.

The menu, is a carefully curated selection of seasonal dishes, which they keep reviewing on a regular basis.

Their food is rich and flavorful, and they have drinks to complement each dish perfectly. They have an array of dishes all very flavorful and will leave you Beyond satisfied.

Service throughout the evening is impeccable. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and happy to provide thoughtful wine pairings. The wine list itself was extensive, with a fine selection of local and international wines. They also have cocktails, beers ,ciders and various spirits.

All in all, Two six seven delivers an experience that surpasses expectations. From the atmosphere to the food to the service, everything is thoughtfully executed. Visiting Botswana and saw good reviews online for this place, arrived on a friday night at 9.45pm, was greeted at the door by security with absolutely no customer service skill, no smile, ugly frowning face asking "what do you want here", which i proceeded to say "dont you guys sell food?", to which he just pointed to the two girls at the front desk who looked uninterested and miserable. I asked them if they had food, one of the girls looked away, the other pointed to the inside direction and said "yeah you will find something". Extremely rude and no customer service from these front door staff. Based on this experience alone I ended up leaving and not eating, cant say anything about the food because I didnt end up ordering, the welcoming was enough for me to walk out and not support this business. If I was the owner of this place I would fire the security especially being the first point of contact for customers with zero customer...
