Nando's Riverwalk — Restaurant in South-East District

3times now I’ve been here and sat patiently waiting for my ticket to be called 30mins later still waiting until the lady at the register came over to ask for my number. Then gave me my order. When I asked why my ticket wasn’t called she said it probably was I wasn’t listening. Yet I’m 2meters from the counter watching the counter like a hawk… worst service ever. If I have to fight to get what I paid for it’s a sad day for the fast...

The food is the best taste as always service is half ok the front teller staff are very polite but the staff who clean are not very helpful me and my mom finished our meals and we wanted to take the bones for our dogs and we asked for a plastic bag and they said we can't do that and look on the woman's face with annoyance is bad this is a disappointment please change this its not illegal to give customers bones to feed...
