South ring branch has a completely new staff and the manager is doing an excellent training them. I also noticed that she is new, hence the change in service. Previously they had good service, however it was impersonal, they took your order and instructed you to take a sit and wait for your order, this time around I was told about what's new in the menu while I waited, which further made it seem I hadn't been waiting that long. I must admit that my visit to the physical store was due to their line not going through when I tried to get my food delivered, it turned out that the landline had some issues hence no answer from their part.
