The place is charming and cozy. Unfortunately, we decided after waiting more than an hour for our food to leave the restaurant. We didn’t get any information about the food being delayed, couples next to us who came after us ate their food and left while we were still waiting. Quando se escolhe um restaurante por ter lido que tinha "um ambiente intimista e aconchegante", "pé na areia" e "cozinha de vidro", se imagina uma experiência agradável, porém não foi o que aconteceu sob vários aspectos. Verifiquei a possibilidade de uma adaptação no prato de entrada (uma guarnição de salada a parte) e foi negado. Ok. Como não foi possível, fui direto ao prato principal, pois já estava tarde. No prato havia guarnição de salada e perguntei se era só folhas ou algo mais e fui informado que somente isso. Não era. Quarenta minutos depois veio a entrada que, como não foi possível adaptar, não solicitei. Depois de mais quarenta minutos veio o prato. Nesse ínterim, veio um drink com limão ácido. Era difícil ser atendido / chamar os colaboradores. Entrei em contato com a Gerência pelo número disponibilizado nas redes para expressar a insatisfação para ajudar nas orientações e a mesma estava numa emergência. Entendi.
