My worst experience in a restaurant in a while. NOT RECOMMENDED! The restaurant opposite this one is much better! Having lived in Germany for many years, I ordered a Currywurst. What came was anything but a Currywurst. It didn't have the typical Currywurst sauce, but some other house sauce that's completely different. And very little of it, unlike the usual Currywurst which is swimming in sauce. Then there's the sausage types, two different types, neither being the expected Currywurst sausage... It was very dry and rubbery; so much so that I returned the food. The service is so bad, however, that they made me pay for it anyway. I've never seen that in a Brazilian restaurant.

Você chega no local e não tem um atendente sequer para direcionar onde fica o buffet e como funciona. Há uma fila imensa e desorganizada, onde você entra e reza para estar no lugar certo. Esperamos cerca de 1h30 para conseguir uma mesa, mas ok, realmente tinha muita gente e quanto a isso não tem o que fazer. Mas com um sistema mais organizado a experiência certamente teria sido melhor.

E um típico restaurante Alemã com especiarias típicas e carnes tradicionais da região. Tem uma carta boa de vinhos, chopp e drinks. Recomendo e quando voltar na região voltarei ao estabelecimento. Por ser algo que você mesmo se serve não há demora, ao solicitar bebidas chegam muito rápido a mesa, na hora de pagar também não demora (estava bem cheio no dia que fui). Povo sempre pergunta de banheiro rsrs, nada demais nesse casa simples porém limpo e cheiroso.

Um ótimo restaurante com buffet com grande variedade (principalmente de carne que amo), preço acessível de R$ 79,90 o buffet, Para comer no kg acredito que não compensa. E um típico restaurante Alemã com especiarias típicas e carnes tradicionais da região. Tem uma carta boa de vinhos, chopp e drinks. Recomendo e quando voltar na região voltarei ao estabelecimento. Por ser algo que você mesmo se serve não há demora, ao solicitar bebidas chegam muito rápido a mesa, na hora de pagar também não demora (estava bem cheio no dia que fui). All you can eat, but not a lot of options and everything is basic “germanish” grub, like sausages and eisben, but some of the options are quite bizarre, such as mashed potatoes with the brazillian version of cheddar cheese, and there are little to none vegetarian options, even the salads have bacon! It’s very pricy, considering that nothing looks quite tasty or well prepared. It’s not bad, it’s just far from good and certainly not worth what...

Fui ontem ao Octoberfest 2018, pedi um espetinho (15 reais), mas o funcionário do caixa me deu 2 papéis, um acabei jogando fora e fui na fila da retirada do meu pedido( Questão d 2min) fui atendido, não quiseram me entregar o meu pedido devido nao estar com as 2 papéis, somente 1. o funcionário do caixa chamou o encarregado e confirmou que eu tinha acabado de comprar e não tinha retirado o pedido. O encarregado com maior ignorância que não iria dar meu pedido, sendo que no papel que eu estava constava que fazia 2 minutos que eu tinha pago, e ainda falou "Que não iria perder um espetinho por falta de atenção minha. Eu fui no lixo procurar e achei o papel no meio do October. E e peguei meu pedido o encarregado nao tev3 coragem de pedir desculpas, simplesmente virou as costas. Mal educado, péssimo atendimento, não tem estrutura pra para atender clientes de qualidade... Várias pessoas ficaram indignadas com o atendimento e pela situação que ele me fez passar (Revirar lixo). Vou todo ano pro October com 10 pessoas, perdeu clientes!!! E nunca vou...
