Bad experience. Lengthy service as well as the arrogance and apathy of the staff. I waited almost 40 minutes for a single drink. After realising that drinks take a long time, my next drink was a beer. An attendant brought it to me warm and I asked her to come back, saying that the beer was warm and that it was terrible to serve the customer a warm beer. She looked at me in a very arrogant and debauched way and said: "Just ask us to change it and we'll change it!". My husband realised the tone of arrogance and debauchery in the waitress's response and replied: we'll only give you the 10% if we're served well. And she replied: all right, but let's keep it respectful. But it was she who was disrespectful to me. Unfortunately, despite all the "pomp" it appears to have, it's a bad place for what it proposes because of the terrible service experience in which the attendant embarrasses customers. Terrible restaurant and would not recommend if visiting pipa. Overpriced food and as we sat down prior to taking our order were told by the waiter our food would come out at different times due to how their kitchen worked. One of our mains came first, then 10 minutes later followed by another main and after this the starter - have eaten all over the world and never had a restaurant explain this to me. The whole point of a romantic meal out as a couple if you eat together.

The restaurant looks nice and fancy from the outside but the reality is the food is pretty average, small size on the portions, not very tasty and there are much better options for Italian restaurants in pipa. Massively disappointed and it seems another restaurant hyped on its marketing through people...

Where to start....Stylish settting ok but music too loud to talk Food good but portions too small like tapas..but its not clear from the outset. Disastrous service. Food arrived all separate so we didnt eat together. Drinks came AFTER the meal. The wrong drinks were brought and they brought them back twice insisting we had ordered them..

Starter arrived at the end...how long does it take to put a buratta on a piece of bread !!! The staff seemed totally lost...confused. Not an enjoyable expérience as we spent 40 mins chasing after dishes. Do not recommend...unless you have 3h to...
