Horrible experience! Ordered a winter menu item for my daughter and after waiting for 20-30min I started to wonder where was her food - café was empty at the time given it was a mid-week day at 2pm - the server came, after I made eye contact, and informed us the item was out of stock and my daughter could order anything she wanted instead. Without checking the menu she ordered a drink instead and came back to sit down. She didn’t realize the price was lower and the server did not point that out. Once I realized it I went up to the counter to inquire about it, since they kept quiet. They apologized for the ‘mistake’ which is really dishonesty on their part and offered another item, and never the difference/money back. She had her stuff and said it was good so I decided to order an apple Chai latte, I went up to the counter this time because we had ordered the unavailable item through their touch screen which showed AVAILABLE, and also found out their PIX nor debit card options were working. I waited for about 10min to order and other women ordered after me as well and got their food/drinks before me. I had to again call attention to the server and then they remembered, once I finally got my items, the chai latte was very watery with a minor taste of apple. And the almond sweet candy I had ordered had not been charged for, so in the middle of enjoying my stuff, the server came back to charge me with an apology that the lady at the cashier had forgotten to add that when I paid for it. I was already frustrated so I just paid but told him I had not had the best experience and I inquired if that was a regular occurrence there. He could not tell me either way nor when he had started working there. Bottom line: they need to TRAIN their staff better, work on their SYSTEM, and follow the money because it’s NOT cheap to get anything there. I will not be going back to...

Today we had no choice (Sunday and Carnaval) and went to this cafe. First of all, I'd like to mention that it's too hot inside. Sun is shining through the glass and no air conditioning. Children's zone is located on the most hot place. Toys are old and dirty. Second - they dont bring your food together (we were 5 and each order they brought in different time). They forgot about one and were preoccupied when we reminded. Cofee is not really good, for example, milk of the capuchino is not whipped well, but espresso somehow has foam...Food: bread toast is too thick - not comfortable to eat. Waffles are very hard and bland, jam does not fit fine to them. Juice is good. Brigadeiro is bad - too sweet and not chocolated enough. And the third - servants are very strange: they don't know who's the food, they can't answer simple questions (what contains the sandwich), some of them are not really polite, service is very slow. A “cultura” without culture.

The most inconvenient ordering system! Why? You pay before they bring your food. And this means that they can forget about your order - this happened with our order. The waiter with the order on a tray runs around all the tables and looks for whose order it is. Such an absurd waste of time! Why????

Well, we waited an hour for a simple order. ! One ! hour! of our time in the morning. And about the culture in a cafe without culture - for one of the orders - a sandwich - an ingredient ran out, and NO ONE came up and said about it. They just kept quiet until we asked. The waiter said about it, BUT THE MANAGER came and started lying about how they mixed something up and let you choose something else. And at that time they brought that very cold sandwich.

I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. This is disappointing!
