Dolce Vita Restaurante — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Florianópolis

I have visited this restaurant twice in the last month. As soon as I have finished eating, my friends and I were asked to give up our table even though we were not finished drinking the wine we had with our meal. Today the chef came out of the kitchen to tell us we had to vacate our table even though there were available tables inside of the restaurant. We we seated in the sunroom. Never have I been treated so poorly, not once but twice. A group of people were seated next to us at the same time that we arrived today. They were still there when we left the restaurant over an hour later after we gave up our table. We finished our visit in the waiting area of the restaurant. I will never return. To be treated so poorly not once by twice, and not to mention the treatment of a RUDE, RUDE...

Ate here two nights ago for Brazilian Valentine's day. We had the bruschetta appetizer (amazing), Massa Calamarata with Grilled Shrimp and Papardele with Tartufata Salsa and Fresh Mushrooms.

Both of the main dishes were very tasty, but as someone else mentioned below, the plates are very heavy / rich. To the point my wife began getting that sick to her stomach feeling halfway through, and couldn't eat anymore.

And as someone else mentioned, their desserts are definitely their weak point. Neither of ours were particularly good.

Fui no último dia de abril de 2023 Entrei, fui bem recebido, sentei a mesa e recebi um cardápio escrito. Sem imagem nenhuma. Ao entrar no Instagram, você encontra alguns pratos, mas não tem o nome deles.

Daí queria bife a Wellington que foi o motivo que me trouxe aqui. Não tinha.

Então tive que pela intuição achar o nome do prato correspondente no Instagram.

A partir do momento que eu disse que era muito ruim isso para a garçonete, pronto, ela não me tratou mais bem. Passei a ser uma pessoa indesejada.

Pedi uma entrada de queijo brie. Estava gostoso, mas foi jogado na mesa sem explicação alguma. Eu não sabia o que era o que ….

Depois pedi o principal prato de camarão rosa visto no Instagram. Delicioso. Muito gostoso mesmo. Bonito, gostoso e bem servido para uma pessoa.

No entanto, a experiência de atendimento é fria e ruim.

Não há explicação, pois sozinho gastei bem. Prato principal, somente com uma entrada, um Negroni e duas cocas, deu 240 reais. Então consumo foi feito, deveriam atender melhor.

Me decepcionei muito com o atendimento e não voltarei mais. Mudei recentemente para cá e tem dezenas de restaurantes que atendem melhor.

Não é preço. Aqui é educação mesmo.

O restaurante não está aberto a críticas construtivas. Não traz uma experiência visual de seu cardápio.

Quer viver de reputação, trata o Cleinte comercialmente sem aproximação. Simpatia passa longe.
