Sushi is easily one of the cuisines I'm most picky about. I do not say this lightly, but our dinner at Sushi Yama was one of the best sushi dinners I have EVER had. Granted I have not been to Japan just yet, but I have dined at sushi establishments (fine, omakase, and casual) all across the US as well as in certain parts of Asia. Read moreThe best place for Japanese food, in my assessment. Place where the options most resemble the original. The restaurant structure, at the foot of the lagoon hill, offers a calm, discreet, pleasant and comfortable environment. The tables have good acoustics, except for a few more indiscreet exceptions. Due to its quality, both local residents and tourists, who enjoy the famous ancient Nihonic food,...

The quality of the fish was not particularly great, despite this supposedly being one of the better sushi...
