The location has a good vibe.

For the price, I felt that the food and service were lacking. The waiters barely interact with you and depend on some touchscreen tablets that had a difficult to read dim screens that keep popping up a out of memory window.

I ordered assorted meats and requested medium rare. All the meats came over cooked with the exception of the ribs that came undercooked. The veggies had good seasoning but were mushy upon arrival. I liked the fried yuca cakes and the vinaigrette, but that was about it. The menu showed a large fried cheese stick for an appetizer. We ordered it, only to get a small of ok quality stick.

The steak was superb, and the service friendly. Fries were bland. Biggest gripe was the fact that my partner's food was served significantly sooner than mine, we got no checkback at the table and we weren't offered dessert or coffee. The best part? We were the only customers in the place for about half of our meal! There's a good business opportunity here for someone to bring European service standards to an otherwise pleasant and enjoyable setting (the restaurant itself has a great environment). Gostei do lugar, pela localização e ambiente, por isso o escolhi para o almoço de meu casamento. Apesar de ter reservado e discutido com o gerente meses antes do evento, infelizmente no dia tão esperado foi um show de frustrações. Convenhamos que um casamento é uma data muito especial e deva ser preparada e prestigiada. Primeiramente faltou comida, carnes, as quais combinamos e pagamos. Foi vergonhoso para nós noivos explicar aos convidados pq a carne não vinha. Todos saíram com fome de carne pelo menos. Os acompanhamentos porém, foram bons. Não bastasse, pedi que fosse preparada uma mesa para o bolo com as taças, pratos, talheres para a hora do bolo. Não o fizeram, e ainda demoraram para trazer as taças e todos os convidados e noivos ali em pé na espera. Por fim pra fechar o desastre os talheres para o bolo eram colheres. Acreditem, não havia garfos. Pela falta da carne, foi nos dito que o churrasqueiro faltou aquele dia. Quanto ao resto relatado nem um comentário. Tampouco um desconto na hora do pagamento.
