Opoke! Campeche- Poke & Sushi — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Florianópolis

This unfortunately was not a good experience for me.

I usually review 5 things in restaurants I go: ambient, service, price, time to deliver and flavor. They don't have to be the best in all criterias, but if one of them is bad another has to exceed expectations. For this place, 2 of them were OK and 2 were bad.

The ambient was nice and beautiful. The place is inside a small gallery, well decorated and with nice people at the reception. Unfortunatelly the good stuff stopped there.

The service was not that bad. It was one of the "OK" ones. Nothing special. So the price should be good right?

Wrong. The price was really high. Even for pokes. I was in a pricey place with that "healthy for Instagram" vibe which makes prices higher but I was expecting roughly 2/3 of the price I paid. So they might bring the meal fast...

It took more than 1h to deliver it. The place was small and half of the chairs were empty, so they didn't have a lot of orders (at least not local ones). But it took ONE HOUR to deliver my order! I know it seem unreasonable to say that but the meal is raw! It doesn't have anything to cook! I was kinda hungry when I arrived and by the time they delivered I was starving. They say hungry is the best sauce, so the meal should be really delicious, right?

Nope. It was again, "OK". It had some fancy ingredients I should say, but it wasn't good GOOD. At this point I don't know if it was my hungry, or my pacience going away, but the meal didn't worth all the waiting...

I had the ceviche and the salmon barriga. The ceviche seemed to have to zero seasoning and just tasted like water and fish. I had to ask for tobasco sauce and extra lemon juice to make it edible. The salmon barriga didn't look at all like it was in the photo in the menu. Also not seasoned. It seems as though most of the people that rated this place high have never really had quality Japanese food before. I definitely do...

Escrevo essa review depois de ter esperado durante 1h15min (e ainda não recebi minha comida). Tenho Floripa em Dobro e fui ao OPoke durante a tarde. Desde o início eu e minha namorada fomos atendidos de maneira grosseira. Não bastasse isso, o cardápio do lugar indicava uma espera de 20 a 40 min, tempo que foi extrapolado ao absurdo. Para fechar com chave de ouro, pessoas que chegaram após eu e minha namorada receberam os pedidos antes de nós. Minha namorada foi questionar a atendente sobre o pedido, e ela respondeu que já estava sendo feito. Passados mais 20 min ela retornou lá para perguntar novamente, quando foi informada que na verdade haviam perdido o nosso pedido. Absurdo. Lugar que não retorno mais.

Edit: Esperamos 1h30min, Poke ruim… Sem gosto, arroz empapado, crispy de batata doce queimado, alface amargo, ainda colocaram 4 tirinhas de alga nori mole (literalmente curvando). 69 reais por salmão cru, com arroz empapado e...
