PURO Oyster Bar — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Florianópolis

I'm SO glad I went out of my way to go to PURO! It was my best dining experience in Floripa so far. The raw oysters were SO fresh and delicious, and the waiter was knowledgeable about a good white wine to pair them with.

Manuela, the bartender who also created the restaurant's signature drink, made AMAZING cocktails and also recommended really delicious menu items (their lobster roll was shockingly good). Manuela also spoke perfect English - as an American living in LATAM and constantly working on my Spanish (and struggling to understand Portuguese while here in Brasil :), it was such a nice surprise! She was so kind and really created a great atmosphere for a lovely dining experience.

PURO is the best! We love coming here for date night. It’s such a chill relaxed vibe. You can eat the most delicious food and sip on the best wines. It’s nice to watch the hustle and bustle of the open go by on a summers night. We could sit here for hours. The service is always so great fun friendly they make you feel at home. The food is absolutely delicious, we love the shrimp bao buns, oysters mignonette, and the muscles!
