Food so dry and be careful about price in menu and price they charge, I have to asking them why is more than menu price and then they come discount for it, we sit in front the truck just right there and we have to pay for service?? What kind of service they give to us?? We asking for Bbq sauce because food so dry and really little cup they charge extra 5 reais this is crazy experience, in general all restaurants where ever want to charge for service as least they provide sauce on the table for customer, but here they say is already in the plate and really slightly in plates. Atendente muito mal educada, fui pagar e ela passou valor a mais do que estava no cardápio, quando perguntei o porque me disse que botou os 10% aí eu disse que queria pagar o valor do cardápio e ela falou que os 10% era opcional, sendo que ela não me perguntou se eu queria pagar, falei que ela não me perguntou nada. Então a atendente começou a fazer cena e veio um segurança perto de mim me encarando então a atendente ligou pra alguém pra cancelar o valor da maquininha e colocar o valor do "desconto". Com essa pessoa que estava falando no telefone a atendente ainda disse "estão quase me batendo aqui", me constrangendo e constrangendo minha família. Quando finalmente conseguiu autorização da pessoa no telefone para aplicar o valor correto e não embutir 10% disse que daria para pagar agora mas que só agora passaria o pedido pra cozinha, dando a entender que por a gente querer pagar o valor certo teríamos que esperar mais. Absolutely garage. Burnt food. Way overpriced. And customer service is rude. There is other food in the area. Avoid this one at all costs. And watch your bill. Actually take pictures before because they put additional prices on our food as we were leaving with stickers....
