Armonia Lounge & Restaurant — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Fortaleza

The restaurant has a great location, 100 mts from the beach but not direct access to it. Most tables are in the open in a beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, super nice and clean and great lightning. Really good job on the restaurant setup. The menu is mostly italian-brazilian fusion. My friends found the pizzas awesome and in general is not too expensive. The reasons why I didn't give this restaurant a 5 stars score are the following: I suffer from celiac disease so I asked the main waiter about gluten-free dishes and he said that they have some gluten-free pasta and he was not sure about the risotto but he's going to check it out for me. Later on other waiters brought the pizzas and other dishes for my friends but nothing for me. In fact, the main waiter did not show up at all till the end to bring the bill. I asked other waiters about what was going on and they didn't know. I also asked them if they have any gluten-free dishes and they said that the only dishes were some beef and grilled fish, but the pasta was not gluten-free and the same for the risotto. When I talked to the main waiter and complained about what happened he briefly apologized and said the he expected somebody from the kitchen to come to our table and talk to me, which didn't happen. I end up eating nothing and watch my friends have a nice dinner, very bad experience. The menu does not indicate at all which dishes have ingredients that could cause food allergies. In fact, some dishes that should be gluten-free like risotto are apparently not so, which suggests that the chef is not doing a great job in some recipes. O restaurante tem um preço bem elevado, mas o atendimento definitivamente não está acompanhando esse valor. Sou cliente há algum tempo, mas as duas últimas vezes em que fui ao local, em meados de janeiro e ontem, 19/4, tive muita dificuldade de fazer qualquer pedido aos garçons. Acrescento que, em janeiro, a comida demorou mais de uma hora para chegar. Pedimos dois pratos de ossobuco, naquele dia, que vieram repletos de gordura. Já ontem, a comida demorou, mas em torno de uma meia hora, o que é aceitável, pela lotação da casa. Os pratos estavam bons como de costume. Porém, foi muito difícil de chamar os garçons do início ao fim de nossa permanência e isso é bem irritante em um restaurante do porte do Armonia. Saliento que fiz uma reserva no dia 19/4 e, chegando à entrada do restaurante, fiquei esperando alguns minutos pela recepcionista, porque os funcionários que estavam no bar, à primeira vista de quem chega, falaram que somente ela poderia nos levar até à mesa. Ela demorou um tempo razoável e ninguém se incomodou de ir chamá-la. Creio que para cobrar o preço do cardápio e do couvert atual (R$ 30 por pessoa), o nível do atendimento precisa...
