K-BaB — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Fortaleza

I went for luch twice during the week while visiting Fortaleza. The first time I had bibimbap and the second time jajangmyeon, both were amazing and delicious! I also had a pineapple-mango Juice that was súper tasty and naturally sweet.

The food is freshly prepared, all the ingredients are of good quality (you can easily tell from the appearance, texture and flavour of the vegetables), and the dishes are beautifully presented. Needless to say, the flavour is amazing, everything was seasoned to perfection. If any suggestions, I like my egg with a runny yolk for bibimbap, maybe they could ask the clients how do they like it.

The place is very cute, super clean, spacious, with great natural lightning and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite. The owner was there both times; he is a very nice person, he asked me where I was from and chatted while I was waiting my food.

The price is very good, it is not expensive at all, and I would say that it is a bargain for the quality you receive.

For sure, I will be back to this place in my future trips...

Ia comemorar aniversário no local junto com meu esposo, estamos em viagem de férias e escolhi o local por ser Dorameira, mas tive uma péssima experiência com o serviço, o local estava cheio e fiquei aguardando na varanda até vagar lugar na parte de dentro que tem o ar condicionado. O local não tem lista de espera ou números para saber quem chegou primeiro ou está aguardando lugar vagar, a garçonete só falou que eu era a primeira da fila, quando chegou minha vez dei lugar para outras meninas, pois a mesa disponível era pra 4, como só éramos 2 achei injusto não deixar a mesa para as 3 amigas que estavam atrás, até aí tudo bem, continuei aguardando e a garçonete comentou que a próxima mesa a vagar seria a minha, depois veio outra garçonete falando que uma mesa ia vagar mas uma família de 3 pessoas ia passar para aquela mesa, pois era sofá e eu ficaria na mesa dessa família. Nesse momento já tinha uma fila do lado de fora do restaurante, eu continuava sentada em uma mesa da varanda, e a fila do lado de fora (relembro mais uma vez que não tinha lista de espera, números, nada que controlasse o acesso, nem uma pessoa específica controlando isso), vagou uma mesa com sofá, vi a família saindo, e entrou 2 amigas que estavam na fila, falei com a garçonete que era a minha vez e ela não fez nada, as meninas sentaram e pediram para outra garçonete. Meu esposo queria que fôssemos embora, mas insisti, pois vi ótimas avaliações e sou muito fã dos doramas e mundo coreano. Ao chegar finalmente a minha vez, demorou a vir a bebida, a comida chegou primeiro e acabamos comendo a seco, pois iria esfriar. E fomos embora bem rápido, o tempo de espera para entrar foi muito mais longo do que o tempo de permanência no local, acabei não cantando parabéns, chorei, pois me senti passada a perna, pelas meninas terem tomado minha vez na fila e a garçonete não fazer nada! Não volto mais e não indico, tirei fotos do local, antes do atendimento e nem publiquei nas minhas redes sociais, pois fiquei muito irritada e indignada. Não recomento! Procure lugares que sejam bem recebidos, pois não estamos de favor e estamos pagando. Os donos também não...

Walked into this restaurant and was greeted kindly at the door. It’s a small space inside but there is also tables outside to eat. The owner was there with his family, I believe, helping customers out. Very sweet man.

I started out with fresh juice (orange & carrots) and kimchi. I enjoyed both, the kimchi had a nice spice to it. If you like kimchi you need to try theirs it’s so good! I ordered as well a bimbimbap (traditional) and the Korean fried chicken, they were drumsticks with a nice coating on them. I got the spicy version. Both were very delicious, I highly recommend both. If you love fried chicken it is a must try. I highly recommend this place if your looking to try...
