I went once and ordered takeout. It didn't take long to be ready, and the atmosphere was decent. I received normal service. I ordered very late, close to closing time. At the eating time, the orders arrived correctly, and I had high expectations for an award-winning burger joint. Steak and Fries: Average fries, overcooked and a bit tough steak, flavorless and watery sauce, and average onions. Burgers: Beautiful, well-prepared, and the meat cooked just right. However, I can't even tell if it was good or bad, as it had very little flavor. I could only taste the bacon, which is a bit salty. I only tried a piece of meat, and it had no flavor; it seemed a bit unseasoned. They weren't bad, but for an award-winning burger joint, I expected much better quality. This restaurant focused on burgers. We went there around opening time and there were several open tables. Sometimes they will have a band/DJ playing and you will need to pay a fee during that time.

We had a smash burger and a traditional burger. They were really nice with a good texture and flavors. Both burgers were on the salty side and one of them we had to send back because it wasn’t cook how we asked.

Tive uma péssima experiência com El Chancho, já fui nas outras unidades e me parece que os problemas são sistêmicos do proprietário que, pouco se importa em resolver de fato.

Esperamos mais de 20 minutos para sermos atendidos na mesa, fui com minha namorada para conhecer a unidade, durante a espera vi que várias outras pessoas também não estavam sendo atendidas enquanto uma das funcionárias estava conversando há horas com um dos clientes, como se fosse uma conversa fora do "escopo de serviço", sendo que o salão estava lotado.

Pedi para outras três pessoas me atenderem e todas disseram que somente ela poderia atender, a moça que estava conversando, enfim, foi uma tragédia atrás da outra.

Dois hambúrgueres como prato principal com refrigerante e uma batata, pedimos a batata com antecedência e no fim das contas foi o último a ser entregue. Ou seja, colocaram exatamente somente o hambúrguer e o rapaz foi embora, depois pedi a batata e o refrigerante, ele trouxe somente a bata e depois de muito esforço outra pessoa trouxe o refrigerante.

Isso se repetiu exatamente na unidade da Aldeota, os funcionários parece que fazem no tempo deles e foda-se, o que não se justifica pelo valor exorbitante do hambúrguer, 40 reais num hambúrguer para ter um serviço de péssima qualidade!
