Hoje tive uma experiência desagradável no Abô. Estávamos em 5 pessoas numa mesa bem próxima à saída do estabelecimento, 4 pessoas fizeram o pedido de comida e bebidas e minha filha optou por fazer o pedido da caixa de hambúrguer para criança na hamburgueria ao lado do Abô no Villes dês Plante. Quando a caixa de lanche chegou (tipo um Mc lanche sabe?), eu já fiz o pagamento para a atendente do outro estabelecimento e para nossa surpresa, a atendente do Abô veio até nós para dizer que minha filha não poderia permanecer na nossa mesa já que estava consumindo de outro lugar. Nesse momento nós tivemos que trocar para outra mesa a 3 metros de onde estávamos, pois esta era fora do espaço do Abô e aí a atendente disse que para ela servir nesta nova mesa eu precisaria pagar logo o consumo direto no caixa pois ela não poderia usar a maquineta na mesa que estávamos já que estaria fora do espaço do Abô. Gente pelo amor de Deus! O que foi isso?!? Eu fui lá no caixa pagar para poder recebermos os pedidos. Depois ela disse que após minha filha terminar o lanche, se desejássemos poderíamos retornar para a mesa dentro do espaço do Abô, e que ela havia colocado uma placa de reservado. Eu disse que não voltaria mais de forma alguma e que achava essa situação absurda. Fazer o cliente passar por isso só porque uma pessoa do grupo que está consumindo no estabelecimento, resolve pedir um lanche (caixa infantil de hambúrguer e fritas) do restaurante ao lado?! Eu já estive outras vezes no Villes dês Plantes e sempre soube que você podia consumir dos diversos estabelecimentos independente de onde desejasse sentar, desde que pagasse logo pelo pedido feito. Eles até deixavam nas mesas cardápios dos diferentes lugares para a pessoa consultar.
