Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de João Pessoa

We stopped in for lunch to see how this American franchise measured up to what we were used to. The food was exactly the same quality you expect to find in a Johnny Rockets (if you’ve been to one before): the burgers are very tasty, juicy and more than enough to satisfy a hungry man; the buns are sweet and soft brioche bread; the French fries are crispy crinkle-cut potatoes; onion rings are crunchy and delicious. In my opinion, the barbecue sauce on the ribs is too sweet and not at all spicy (but it’s a burger joint, not a ribs place). Actually, the food was so filling that I didn’t even have room to try one of their famous shakes or desserts (apple pie or cheesecake would have been on the top of my list). The service is very good and attentive. The only disappointment was the décor. One of my favorite parts of Johnny Rockets is the 1950’s diner feel with the checkerboard floor, red vinyl upholstered seats and the mini jukeboxes. Sadly, Johnny Rockets in Joao Pessoa has none of these. If you are in the mood for an American-style hamburger while in the Northeast of Brazil, I highly recommend this restaurant. Besides this location, the next closest Johnny Rockets is about 425 miles (680 km) away in Fortaleza, so don’t be too fussy, come in and enjoy the good food...

Tinha vontade de conhecer há tempos, mas a experiência não foi boa. Fomos informados de que as entradas estavam no happy hour, então pedimos uma porção de batata, um hambúrguer pra cada e um milkshake (que eles fazem a maior propaganda e não é nada demais). Quando chegou o pedido, além da batata que pedimos na entrada, veio batata no hambúrguer, como se fosse um combo. Pensei que eu não tinha visto no cardápio essa parte, então não questionei, mas, se fosse o caso, o atendente podia, ao menos, ter nos avisado que já vinha batata acompanhando o hambúrguer. Na hora que veio a conta, a batata que veio acompanhando o hambúrguer estava faturada de forma separada, logo vieram itens que não pedimos... Achei tudo bem caro e a experiência nada demais, é só mais um fast food. Há outras hamburguerias na cidade com hambúrgueres e milkshakes bem mais gostosos e com preços BEM menos abusivos, é surreal. Esse pedido que descrevi custou aproximadamente R$180,00 - e veja bem: eu estaria disposta a pagar caro se valesse a pena... Mas não vale,...

Que experiência agradável conhecer o Johnny Rockets; O restaurante fica dentro do Holandas Prime, achei que fosse bem maior o espaço, mas é bem aconchegante. Fui em um dia de domingo no final da tarde, verifiquei que eles estavam com HAPPY HOUR de chopp com 50%off. Chopp geladíssimo e supeeeer baratinho no happy, em média 10,90 o de 600 ml. De acompanhamentos pedimos uma batata frita que veio deliciosa e com uma maionese dos deuses, de prato principal escolhi a costela ao barbecue, estamos em duas pessoas (comemos bastante e ainda trouxemos pra casa), alimenta 4 pessoas tranquilo.

poucos garçons mas muito rápidos e atentos, super fofinhos tbm, pedi um carregador emprestado e foram super solícitos. ainda to sonhando com esse chopp e querendo de novo!!
