Update! Let me be a little be a bit more specific. Your staff didn’t call me darling at any point, they referred to me as angel and beautiful. (Lovely compliments but not professional, specially if they don’t know me) They were very unprofessional and I’m not the only one complaining in the reviews. I made that review so the public can be aware of what to expect, especially more foreigners. I don’t want a bad restaurant ruining the reputation Brazil has to offer when comes to food. The reservation was made two weeks in advance. I didn’t wanted an accommodation, I reserved the best table and that is not what I got when I was there to celebrate a special occasion that was made possible by a restaurant near by! The reservation that I asked for wasn’t provided, you have others complaining about the staff, food.. I’m just the one complaining that your staff can’t do reservations.
Terrible. 0 stars and clueless owner. The biggest mistake I made was only checking Instagram. What you should expect: -unprofessional staff being condescending (manager calling customers inappropriate names) -no concept of reservation -according to manager “every table has the BEST VIEW” even if you are in the back table?! Instagram promotes the views and that is what I came for. I wanted to have a special dinner with two members of my family. I assume because Londrina is my hometown I would have the best time ever. This restaurant was the worst experience I had in my life. Even if you offer to pay extra to have a better table when the restaurant is empty, it was a hassle to get an agreement. I lost my appetite and left... I thought that I may be used to USA standards, it was my first experience back I may be overreacting.. but no. I checked the reviews, and thanks to James I'm not the only “foreigner” that had this problem. My advice: if you aren’t from the city, find another place nearby that has great views food and REVIEWS. This restaurant is the best example of expectation and reality according to my nephew.. and...
Read moreI had dinner here last night and truly enjoyed the whole experience. The view is absolutely stunning — it adds something magical to the meal and makes a glass of wine feel even more special.
The ambiance is charming, with nice background music, and later there was live voice-and-guitar — a lovely touch. I wasn’t too happy about having to pay a cover charge for the live performance, but the music was good and fit the atmosphere well.
I had the filet mignon with risotto — very good. The wine was also excellent.
Special thanks to Sérgio, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the night. His service made the experience even better.
All in all, a wonderful evening. Great place to enjoy a romantic dinner or just unwind with a beautiful view. Highly...
